1. Digital Product Delivery

Digital guides, eBooks, PDFs, and other downloadable products are delivered electronically.

Following successful payment, customers receive access through a download link, confirmation email, or another delivery method specified at checkout.

Expected digital delivery time: 10-15 minutes

No physical shipping is required for digital purchases.

2. Umrah Badal Service Fulfilment

Umrah Badal services are arranged and fulfilled through service providers on the ground in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

After placing an order, customers may be required to provide beneficiary details and other information necessary to arrange the service.

Once the required information has been received, we coordinate fulfilment according to the purchased service and selected options.

Estimated service fulfilment time: 48 hours

Where video confirmation or other documentation is included in the purchased service, it will be provided following completion.

3. Order Confirmation

Customers receive an order confirmation following successful checkout.

Updates and completion confirmations are sent through the contact information provided during purchase.

4. Delays & Exceptions

Fulfilment timelines may be affected by seasonal demand, local access restrictions, operational circumstances, or other events outside our reasonable control.

If a material delay occurs, we will communicate available updates and explain the next steps.

Any applicable cancellation or refund rights remain governed by our Return & Refund Policy and consumer protection laws.

Customers may purchase eligible products and services from supported countries.

Digital products are delivered electronically, while the purchased Umrah services are fulfilled in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

Unless a product description expressly states otherwise, we do not physically ship products to customers.
