At My Umrah Badal, we aim to provide a transparent and reliable experience for customers purchasing our services and digital pdfs.

Because our offerings include both locally fulfilled services and electronically delivered products, cancellation and refund eligibility varies according to the type of purchase.

1. Umrah Badal Services

Customers may request cancellation before fulfilment arrangements have begun.

Fulfilment arrangements may include assigning a service provider, scheduling the Umrah, or beginning other order-specific preparations.

Once arrangements have begun, cancellation may not be possible, and refund eligibility will depend on the work already performed, associated costs, and applicable consumer laws.

Services that have been completed as described are generally non-refundable, except where required..

2. Digital Products

Our digital products include downloadable Umrah guides, eBooks, PDFs, and other educational resources.

Because these products are delivered electronically, they generally cannot be returned once access has been provided or downloading has begun.

However, refunds, cancellations, and statutory withdrawal rights remain available wherever required with in 72 hours of purchase.

If a digital file is defective, inaccessible, or materially different from its description, please contact us so we can provide a working replacement or an appropriate refund.

3. Errors or Unfulfilled Orders

If we cannot fulfil a purchased service, provide a materially different service, or fail to deliver a purchased digital product, we will review the circumstances and offer an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the situation, this may include correcting the problem, rescheduling with the customer's agreement, or issuing a partial or full refund.

4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

• The reason for your request

We will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.

The time required for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
